Installation froze, now what?


i started installing os x el capitan , installation froze @ 80-90%(judging meter). so, did force shut off , tried starting again. got log in screen, typed in password , new bar appears going 80-90% freezes.
so, thought had start in recovery mode. restarted, holding cmd + r, , happened same apple icon , bar @ 80-90%(look @ attachment) image.jpeg . can now?
 

same here, bar stops @ 30-40%

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
