how to prevent startup loading screen?

when turn on laptop , after input password there loading screen. scroll bar moves left right. takes 10 seconds or less. brings me desktop , normal.

there way prevent or part of operating system now?

switched windows pc mac 2 years , biggest reason because windows after put in password takes 2-5 minutes before windows loads desktop items. use on mac, put in password , less second , ready go. there's small delay.

 

that's mac starting up. filevault in enabled , must enter password unlock drive , boot system. normal.
