Iphone 5S battery drops from 15-20% to 1%


so i've noticed phone drops 15-20% battery life right down 1-4% without going through percentages in between, frustrating because i'll using phone thinking still has 20% next thing know dies on me...

has had issue?

there way find out battery cycle number of phone?
 

temperature fluctuations?

run way down. let sit while. plug in. don't turn on until charged 100%.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
