Ethernet problem on my Imac


either cable ethernet not plugged in or device @ other end not responding, have tried other ports , no joy. plugged in green light not on , keep getting above message. when guy first set modem/router set windows laptop problem? why can't use ethernet? appreciated it's driving me nuts wifi keeps dropping.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
