Should I Upgrade My Mid-2012 15"


so have cmbp 15" w/non-glare screen -- it's mid-2012 version 2.3i7 processor. run 16gb of ram , dual ssds in machine.

i'm musician , use mainstage, video/design work in after effects, premier, final cut, photoshop....

question is, update 15" models today -- compelling reason me upgrade. see lot of talk waiting next generation intels.

machine part runs great -- video works bogs down have 512mb video card in model...

thoughts appreciated.
 

if runs fast enough right now, there's no reason upgrade right now. unless benefit retina display or something.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
