Back fell out of Apple watch


the cover has detached body of watch exposing wires. going genus bar. has happened else?

update. our visit genius bar proved me, once again, not geniuses created equal. requested immediate replacement under apple care. no go. insisted on sending out depot decision either repair or replace. 1 genius had interesting theory, however. said batteries start expand--either pushing out front or of apple watch. post again when more info depot.

update #2. apple came through, do. left watch @ genus bar on friday, , received phone call following tuesday advising apple had decided replace watch , pick up. wife has shinny new watch , happy again.
 

yep, has happened multiple other sport watches.
