Randomly adding apps to my watch


seems everyday new app iphone appears on watch. cnbc today, united airlines yesterday , random 1 day prior. delete them , haven't repopulated, wondering if else had issue , how resolved it.
 

there's option on phone. automatically install new watch apps or not

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
