rMBP time in not synced


i live in israel , clock not synced correctly (it 2-3 min. ahead)
settings:

there way fix or should cancel auto sync?

 

if off minute or two, don't have synced , manually have set.

good morning world, ive had laptop week , thing has been absolute please , have loves every minute of week new beauty.
