Status Bar: Only 'iPhone' instead of Bars & Carrier


i updated iphone 5 , ipad 3 ios 9. fine except 1 thing: iphone 5 refuses show me signal strength, carrier name or on radio on (lte, 3g, e). on t-mobile germany , mobile internet works, can make , receive calls.

more strange part: ipad 3, on o2 germany, show these information.

luckily not dependent on iphone since still have daily driver, iphone 6 on 8.1.2, nevertheless still want know reason , if it's bug or feature.

edit: fyi: made fresh install , restored it. also, rebooted several times , swaped sim cards still no avail ...
 

bug either apple or carrier. iphone 6 rogers displaying has, rogers carrier version @ 20.5.2

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
