iPhone iOS 8.4.1 Updates and upgrades


this odd 1 , if had been isolated instance wouldn't bother mention here has continued through ios 7 , ios 8.
yesterday morning wife picked phone , on opening found notification on settings app 8.4.1 update had downloaded , ready install. identical iphone 5s identical settings showed nothing. had go software updates in settings see update indeed available. wife clicked install button , received eula agreement page after agreeing install began. process same exception first had download update.
both have our iphones plugged power overnight , locked settings allow automatic app store updates whereas wife's not.
odd least theres more. on occasion of last upgrade ios 7 ios 8 exact opposite happened. woke find upgrade had downloaded , wife's phone indicated available.
i'm not complaining both wanted aforementioned upgrades fail see how apple sending either upgrade or update without action user. if attempted servers melt down , of course people may not want update.

not devices new software notification and/or download @ same time? perhaps split alleviate server load or else of sort, based on algorithm (including possibly randomness factor might part of such process).

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
