Is the rMBP config a viable desktop replacement?


hello,

in market laptop, looking @ various configurations , wondering if viable config desktop:

i7 4870hq 2.5 ghz
16gb 1600 mhz
512gb ssd
750m 2gb

going desktop , laptop, trying keep work, i.e. files , such, together. web developer/graphic designer , dabble in light video editing. using various adobe cc apps, multiple browsers , tabs, creating billboard size projects @ times , light video editing...most of stuff running @ same time. using simple tasks, such web browsing, email, shopping , streaming video netflix , local home network server.

thinking if configuration desktop replacement, going go it.

thank in advance of responses, advice , help!
 

i wish mbp allowed 32 gb of ram

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
