Enabling WiFi DB meter?


i have had many iphones in past , jailbroke them. 1 of tweaks installed let switch between db meter , bars if tapped wifi bars. got new job , totally new iphone 6+ restored icloud backup. 6+ never jailbroken yet still have wifi db meter tweak somehow. coworkers have too, yet can't find way it. guides can find show how cellular, not wifi.
 

certain hacks stored in backup. remember few years when orange. display orange uk bugged me changed display nothing. when 4 came out dumped jb restored backup , hack followed over.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
