If the clock icon is animated in iOS


why doesn't apple animate weather app live update weather conditions , why don't app developers have access live update icons ?
 

the clock app doesn't need updates or animated. weather app need use data updates. @ least there's difference.

there's part if update doesn't come @ point due connectivity or else seeing outdated information can misleading user , not experience (which doesn't happen clock app runs on own).

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
