Macbook with Radeongate not repairable


hi everybody,

macbook pro 15" 2011 has been hit radeongate (black screen), brough apple store , told me have repaired free, since apple has recognized defect on notebooks out of warranty. seemed perfect, called me saying cannot repair anymore because i've replaced original battery few months ago. true, replaced when macbook out of warranty, , @ time couldn't know defect on notebook. can do? right or should insist?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
