Partition issue/OS Lost - Macbook Air


hi guys,

tried partition main drive in order install ubuntu dual os.

partitioned using gparted, finished partitioning macbook reset , gives me 'international no' sign.

got recovery hd , won't repair disk, keeps showing same alert "please click on repair disk".

got terminal , tried repair via diskutil says don't have permission....does have idea how recover os?
