Question about 17" iMac screen replacement


hey all,

have 2 17" imacs @ home , 1 of screens has developed lines.

1 17" 1.83 ghz core duo (early 2006), ma199ll
1 17" 2.0 ghz core 2 duo (late 2006), ma590ll

screen on 2.0 ghz core 2 duo has lines - hoping swap out screen 1.83 ghz (since it's working perfectly) , put 2.0 ghz 1 since machine faster.

work? compatible? wanted make sure before gave try! thanks.
 

they compatable, lines may down failing graphics processor rather lcd panel issue.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
