okay guys first of take no credit this, downgrade tool developed dayt0n (@daytonhasty) , xerub (@xerub) etc.

downgrade tool called odysseus, , let iphone 4s example downgraded ios 6.1.3 if have saved shsh blobs before.
tool still entirely based on raw terminal code, heard ui version coming of can't pull off, if know basics coding, you'll able this, could.
downgraded 4s 8.1.2 6.1.3, hacktivated p0sixpwn, works don't have cell phone signal atm, because of conflicting baseband issue hope fixed soon.
anyway awesome news right! gone ios 7-8 on our old devices! ;)

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
