Sync home folders between macs


hey guys,

need advice on syncing home folders between several macs. have 2 macbook air's , mac pro, of used scientific research. need way sync home folders between computers. commonly work on mac pro @ work, access these files @ home on 1 macbook air, or while traveling on different macbook air. have been using cloud services (box , dropbox) time due recent privacy restrictions, no longer acceptable. options this? have seen third party software purpose little skeptical on security aspect. have seen mention of automator scripts, i'm not sure begin them.

tried btsync in past recent update has added many restrictions needs , cannot keep home folders synced in same locations on different macs. example, sync of documents in home documents folder without needing additional "sync" folders such synced documents folder inside of different folder. make sense? appreciated.

i think doing right. it's bad department took away. can't work around crazy rules, such using encrypted disk images on dropbox?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
