Apple: 16 Minutes of Screen Usage & 48 Hours of Standby - Timing Screen Battery Life?

curious how long apple claims battery life lasts, found on site state:

"testing conducted apple in march 2015 using preproduction apple watch , software paired iphone using preproduction software 5 time checks (4 seconds each) per hour. battery life varies use, configuration, , many other factors; actual results vary."

https://www.apple.com/watch/battery.html

technically not sound @ all. testing equates 16 minutes of display usage , 48 hours of standby... i.e. according apple watch can used 16 minutes if it's worn on 2 days. it's miracle watch seems have gotten around 5 hours of moderate usage , still @ 55%. i'm interested in learning how long watch battery rates display on entire time -- 100% usage test. has been done already?

why want to. use watch 18 plus hours day (mixed usage) , finish day around 50% battery. @ weekend sat/sunday watch comes off charge on saturday morning 7am , don't charge till sunday evening 15-20% battery left. apple promised day i'm getting more i'm not complaining.
