Font "smoothing" in iOS 8.4? WTF?


it seems me apple has tried implement sort of font smoothing in ios 8.4, , has done quite poorly! reminds me of microsoft's attempt @ same thing in windows (one of first thing when got new pc turn junk off).

it's noticible on os , on websites makes text horrendous! it's worse on websites others.

bad example anandtech. if go site , select article zoom in on text portion fills out page, @ first, while page loads text sort of sharp (though still not sharp used be). moment page finishes loading, text becomes fuzzy. on ipad air running 8.4, okay on mini 2 - still on 8.3. on both chrome , safari.

listen apple, text rendering needs go way on 8.3, , on os please!! asap! or @ least give user option turn junk off.

p.s. there seems problem selecting text in editable regions. can no longer select misspelled words (red underlined) single tapping on them. can't place cursor @ end of editable text region single-tapping there, requires long tap so.
 

i not able reproduce issue. provide more information, or show screenshots?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
