Do you lose a large of disk space after using the new Photos app?


after upgrading latest 10.10.3, new photos app becomes default app photo management. when open new photos app, tells me choose photo library, chose iphoto library. importing photos or did other long time wait. @ last, finished ready , can see photos in new photos app.

things seem good. when go finder , find there 2 libraries (iphoto library , photos library) in pictures. photos library bigger iphoto library. in case, iphoto library 9gb, photos library 12gb. means costs 12gb disk space photos? unreasonable.

have encountered same problem? how out of situation?

advice.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
