iPhone Downgrading to iOS 8.4


i installed ios 9 testing employer. set 2 step verification during initial setup of ios 9. after testing, reverted 8.4 backup find not log icloud account without verification code, no longer sends phone because not ios 9.

have tried:

  • reverting ios 9 backup ( wants find iphone turned off, dont have access because cannot log in icloud access settings).
  • downloading , installing ios 9 ipsw, fails.
  • trying iforgot remove or recover, (the verification code/call never comes)
any ideas helpful.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
