Connecting 4K Display to iMac late 2013

hello everyone,

need connecting new 4k samsung tv (un55hu7000fxzc) late 2013 imac

got tv quite cheap , used - don't have box , manual, etc... it's got few hdmi ports in back, few usb ports (one usb3.0), 1 connect, etc.. etc... don't see display port..
specifications tv 60hz, 3840x2860...

macs, have imac (late 2013) connected dell (2560x1440 resolution) monitor via thunderbolt display port, , working perfectly. other thunderbolt of imac connected external hard drive hosts files , operating system.

hope find way add thunderbolt ports on imac, can't seem find splitter of kind. nonetheless, @ moment, have hooked new tv, via airport through apple tv resolution maxed @ 1080.

have 2015 macbook pro no shortage of thunderbolt 2.0 ports, , capability of displaying onto 4k tv; however, when plug in via thunderbolt hdmi converter, not able 4k resolution (only 1920x1080)

now, specifically, advice i'm seeking follows:

1) connection imac, there way hook tv , have display @ 4k while simultaneously keeping dell screen? (ie. 3 screens). possible split thunderbolt? connect dell display via usb free thunderbolt?

2) connection macbook pro.. using proper cable? why can't achieve 4k resolution?

thank in advance,

cheers

first, won't work.

imac cannot output 4k. unless, lot of troublesome tweaking, , so, it'll unusable 30 hz.

on rmbp, cannot use hdmi. have use mdp.
