iCloud and Photos Question


so purchased icloud plan.

have turned icloud on on imac, iphone , ipad.

under impression photos new photos app on imac upload magical cloud , able retrieve them on iphone , ipad.

doesn't seem uploading icloud. followed directions, might missing?

and.... being eternal optimist, once photos in magical icloud can stop syncing them on phone have them me correct? leaving memory space free on iphone.
 

on idevices need turn on icloud photo library in settings -> "photos , camera"

check "optimise iphone storage" and/or "optimise ipad storage".

on imac need launch photos app , create library if haven't already. in photos preferences on imac turn on icloud photo library.

suggest not turning on photostream unless know why want to.

syncing uploading willtake litle while first time depending on how many photos.

dont understand last sentence stopping syncing phone...why? whole point of photos have photos everywhere. if have "optimise" setting above photos not use space @ all.

google find intros, , take control ebook has been released.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
