Faulty Thunderbolt Monitor from EBay


so few months ago got steal on thunderbolt monitor, around $600, refurbished, ebay. seller had rep wasn't worried.

however...a few months later i'm realizing why may have been cheap. i've started encountering few issues

issue 1: after listening music few minutes, audio start muffled , become more , more muffled. fix unplugging thunderbolt cable , replugging in.

issue 2: monitor not charge computer. there's no fix this, have hope start charing when plug mac in.


ideas on potential fix or culprit? refurbished ebay, highly doubt there's applecare left on it.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
