hey guys felt starting thread share weight loss stories, , motivate each other keep on going! before got apple watch told myself if going spend on watch going force myself make use of health tracking features. im pretty lazy guy, 5 foot 8 in. , 20 years old, weighed 180 pounds when got apple watch, while not being extremely overweight whatsoever, bmi still considered me overweight. set out on goal of hitting gym 3 times week. ive had gym membership since last september , prior getting watch @ end of april had gone gym 4 times. first week did go gym 3 times, felt rings didnt every other 1 being incomplete, needless know hit goals 7 days week, , have gone down 11 pounds far! muscle has gone up, , feel more energetic ever!
