Safari crash, Settings Safari Crash, Safari iCloud freeze


hi, i've ipad2 wifi+3g 32gib running ios 8.3. , safari crashes every time try access it.
  1. after searching web figured should go settings , reset history , website data.
  2. but doesn't work cause every time access "settings -> safari" settings app crashes
  3. after searching more figured should try disabling icloud bookmarks sync: doesn't work. reports "disabling safari bookmarks" (or that) , freezes in progress loop. doesn't finish process ... did kill settings app after 48h no visible progress.
  4. i tried logging-off icloud process—similar in (3)—will never finish.

device reset factory defaults , set new using backup ipad 1 wifi. more can do?

thank much!
 

anyone got idea? don't safari again working state.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
