SMS Relay suddenly stopped working and won't restart


if out there smart enough figure 1 out i'd appreciate it

have had sms relay working quite while between iphone 6 , ipad air 2. both on ios 8.2 when few days ago realized no longer text people ipad. sms relay no longer setup reason. when try re-set iphone gives me standard message "enter code shown on ipad allow..."
no code pops on ipad. have no way proceed.

both updated ios 8.3
both on same icloud account
both on same wifi network.

have no clue do.

in advance
 

did happen turn on wifi calling?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
