so, 15" macbook updated today. got little bump, not bump looking for. would've moved on broadwell chip, no. no broadwell. has lead me decision. going buy new computer until 15" comes out, , use web browsing. while use using current upgraded macbook pro 2011. shouldn't clutter or installs. here computers considering. have budget of around $1450, isn't concrete.
@ cheapest have macbook, idea of having new , special, don’t 1 usb-c port livable. slimness awesome , super portable , cool! 130$ cheaper next contender. lack of power worry me.
in middle have macbook air. @ $1449 little bit more expensive macbook has lot more power. matches thin macbook’s 8gb, cpu better. air has 2.2ghz dual core i7, thin macbook has 1.1 ghz dual core m. think thin macbook have far lesser life-span when compared others.
finally, have 13-inch macbook pro retina display. coming in @ $1499 more expensive others, has amazing power. 2.7ghz dual core i5 cpu, , 8gb of ram, matching others, there far more power. however, computer heavier when compared other two, , less portable. fact is, have fine computer right surfing web , real downfall going school it, , moving around it. home use fine computer. if purchased macbook pro replacing computer there no benefit in using it.
macbook pro upgrade computer. has longest life expectancy when compared earlier computers , going able continue being second computer when purchase 15”. in addition replacing main computer, runs risk of me cluttering computer before getting 15” , not being able have icloud/web surfing computer. dream have computer dedicated web surfing , other light tasks , 1 heavy lifting , home relaxation , entertainment. don’t know if macbook pro perfect movable, carry-able, web surfing computer. appealing because upgrade computer , nice, when purchase 15” there still reason use it? 15”’s power , appeal outweigh 13” macbook’s smaller more cartable body? don’t think difference big enough. thin macbook shines. huge difference in size makes great situations lead me using more frequently.
conclude, macbook pro has power , life expectancy lacks travel-ability compared extremely thin macbook, , more powerful macbook air. macbook air gives best of both worlds in senses. light, versatile, , has far longer life expectancy when compared its’ cheaper brother.****and finally, super-thin macbook. light-weight , movable nature come along its’ thin elegant body , unique in its’ colour of space grey. thin body comes @ price however, it’s life expectancy maybe 2 years, , when compared macbook pro’s 5 years web surfing device, , air’s 4 maybe 5 well, hard justify purchase.
tl;dr: want buy new computer light use. between macbook 12", air , baseline 13" macbook pro. want portability lifespan of computer important.
