iOS 8.4 - random reboots - cannot open Music app


hi -

else experiencing random crashes ios 8.4? multiple times day. occurs when i'm using number of apps (browsing safari, viewing photos, etc). crashes , hangs on black screen / apple logo. have force reboot (power + home button) working again.

in addition, cannot open new music app whatsoever. select , closes instantaneously. same thing happens instagram, sometimes. haven't seen happen other app.

didn't happen after 8.4 upgrade. i've had phone (iphone 6+) months, , 8.4 since released. , started happening week ago.

issue still persists after reseting phone , restoring icloud backup.

i'm traveling abroad, getting apple store diagnostics tricky. advice?
 

just in case stumbles across thread in future, here how resolved it:

had reset iphone via itunes on computer, different reset phone (which wasn't working). computer, reset , restored new phone. then, on phone, reset again time restored icloud backup.

, viola, working.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
