Buying watch in hong-kong/china

i'm scheduled arrive next month china , hong kong.
able buy the
42mm stainless steel case bright blue leather loop
model of watch in store?
saw clock @ site in stock , comes 2 days after, if there no stock in store possible book order , within 2 3 days pick it?

hong kong cheap, won't able kind of reservation without hong kong phone number (local sim card). can't order in store pickup, reserve whats there on day - i'm not sure if take walk in sales without reservation (ie people without hong kong sim) yet, didn't iphone 6 6 months.

in china watch more expensive, relative hong kong, i've seen should able pick want now.
