El Capitan Startup disc


just switched yosemite partition can't el c connect internet,
when in startup disc in system prefs, el c no longer displayed.

ideas please.
 

corrupted install. run latest pkg update again or reinstall app.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
