Ios8 turned my iPad into a piece of glass and metal

having read ton of total rubbish on various forums bt routers want thank geniuses @ apple turning once useful , enjoyable item ( ipad) useless piece of garbage.
never wanted upgrade ios8 apps moving on forced me to. has slowed ipad down 386 levels , wiifi signal held 2 minutes before falling off , having re-engaged again. useless.
have ipad mini, phone , ipod not happen have surface 2 pro , 2 pcs not suffer phenomenon.
before 'genius' out there suggests... no aren't on router @ same time ( level of answer par course i've seen far) - in nutshell. apple buggering once useful item me. next time want upgrade ( misnomer) ... don't or @ least try out first.

 

if doesn't happen ipad mini, why behind issues on ipad (whatever version might be)?
