Yosemite Mail hangs when loading?


this issue started me shortly after yosemite upgrade. i'm on 2011 macbook pro, 13"

when opening mail, window come senders , subject lines existing emails (left-side pane - two-line email preview missing). in addition, preview pane show nothing, if click on existing email. new emails not received, , emails composed @ time not sent. waiting nothing - app stays in useless state.

closing app requires force quit. @ first, re-opening app solve problems, , behave normally. now, more not, requires 2 force quit/restarts app load , function properly.

deal here? getting frustrating...please help!
 

what experiencing not sound normal. @ least, have not seen issue describing. there may have installed contributing issue seeing.

couple of things try:
  1. perform repair permissions disk utility app , reboot.
  2. open system preferences->users & groups>login items tab. remove items listed, reboot , log in.

Find my Friends
