i want buy 13" macbook pro retina, base model. but... thing makes me hold little space. don't understand why macbook pro gets 128gb space new 12" macbook gets 256gb space? how make sense?
since don't have money next macbook pro in line 256gb space wondering if holding next year might bring more space base model of 13" macbook pro retina?
read buyers guide on site , says, macbook pro 15" did not upgrade, wondering, if when 15" gets updated, 13" or apple have them "out of sync" might waste year if macbook pro 13" not updated , have buy 1 year old machine or wait year 1 update?
guys think?
the ssds on rmbps , mbas seem faster 1 found in nmb. don't know if due pcie controller limitation or ssd slower. think can solve small capacity problem buying 128gb sd card transcend jetdrive lite. it's not elegant buying bto upgrade, advantage, have when internal storage become full.
agree 128gb tight "pro" laptop. wife has base 13" air , seems ok, since usage web browsing, text processing , spreadsheets. pro laptop means dealing videos, raw photos, test databases , on. think jetdrive approach solves issue in cases (unless need ssd-class i/o speeds).

i use 2 things safari: fastscripts cmd-# shortcuts tabs in safari firefox/chrome (which not necessary in el capitan, thankfully), , safari keyword search keyword searching in bar (e.g., "wp spokane" searches wikipedia article spokane , goes if/when possible). latter: safari keyword search abandonware. creator has nothing on home page nor github in years. there little bug where, inexplicably, dumps saved keywords, requiring manual reimports. i've tried omnikey , don't based on how can't handle encoding of spaces in search strings, how stores saved entries. keysearch: don't know how handles spaces in searches. may abandonware, has not had major update since updated safari 6 years ago. glims: don't know if still around. overkill anyway. have other suggestions on minimalist, still-supported utility keyword searching in address bar? nice able "wp" , "i" , "a" wikipedia / google image / ama...
