iOS 8.4 breaks Google Hangouts calling


did ios 8.4 break google hangouts calling on wifi landline or cell number else? "invalid number" number attempt dial working in 8.3. tried uninstalling , reinstalling app same issue. next step reverting ios 8.3 before apple stops signing it. use on ipad without cellular have calling capability on wifi.

apple on purpose because can't imagine them not qa testing high profile , essential app?
 

its stretch app may need updated. i'd try reseting iphone (lock button + home until see apple logo) make sure not small hiccup.
