El Capitan - Photos library "inconsistency" and cannot be repaired...

i installed el capital beta 8 (15a279b). after few days photos library starting crashing upon opening, did repair library command holding option-cmd while opening app. upon getting 75% done, repair crashes. happens every time, , cannot farther complete repair. library cannot opened. looking possible ideas on fix. thanks!
