Location services causing signal loop


i got unlocked iphone 5s , put in contract sim. after carrier activated found phone dropped signal 'no service' constantly.

sent off 5s (unlocked , refurbished well) , 1 has similar issues albeit not bad. i've worked out can stabilise signal turning off location services, problem must related apps use location causing signal loss.

has heard of problem before? need phone pretty urgently don't want send 1 back.

thought might sim (and therefore network issue) fact turning off location services seems goes against this.
 

or second 5s functions first 5s might point sim card.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
