How to get weather to load again?

i don't know if had it, jailbroke phone few days ago , after weather on watch wouldn't load anymore. keeps showing circle when open glances , doesn't show on complications either. before that, working fine. idea how working again?

it seems bug. had short-term success reset. i've reset again , haven't installed stock watch apps , seems fine.
