iPhone 5S replacement issues


so little bit long here goes. phone troubles brother's purchased me last november when upgraded 6. when had 5s mic on terrible , unless phone on speaker people not understand me on other side , sounded muffled echo. phone still covered under applecare+ purchased phone , replaced month or 2 ago because of mic problem. replacement phone screen turn blue while being unlocked, phone replaced again. 2nd replacement phone had both blue screen issue , mic problem well. extremely difficult hear while on phone calls. today phone replaced again. these common issues 5s model? has experienced similar replacement phones?

today's genius experience out of ordinary unpleasant. genius condescending when asked new in box replacement due being 3rd replacement phone in less 2 months. genius took old iphone without offering remove zagg glass, kept on in order transfer new 1 previous geniuses had done both times. between loss of $40 screen protector , bad attitude of genius when being serviced, experience subpar. best way contact apple that?

contact applecare on phone. explain situation , ask speak manager. experience no more or less else's, unfortunately.

said, genius within rights deny replacement factory sealed box. apple obligated provide comparable device.

white boxes not refurbs , not bad, if refurb. you've had streak of unluck. generally, apple refurb has it's case replaced, parts not meet spec replaced , goes through battery of tests more rigorous new phones go through.

obviously, phones you've gotten slipped through cracks.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
