Removing "other" files when PhoneClean fails


i have 20gb of "other" files on iphone 5s 64gb (which have had 4 months), , seems keep growing. (i keep needing delete files/apps phone free space, if not adding apart photo , then.)

tried run phoneclean 3, quick clean didn't remove much, , deep clean failed because of "unusually complicated structure" on phone.

everything, clean phone, , reinstall, unable since laptop doesn't have enough space backup.

there way backup iphone external drive?

also, other options have? interested in deleting or of 20gb of other files, not few files here , there.
 

back , restore. way don't lose data , "other" goes away.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
