New MBP 15" issue with Linksys/Cisco E3000

anyone have suggestion?

first time macbook user. can connect guest account on our linksys/cisco e3000 router, if try connect connect regular, non-guest, id, won't give me access.

says invalid password if try create connection, though 100% sure password correct.

if let run wireless diagnosis, says lan connectivity failure. "you connected wi-fi network cannot communicate wireless router."

has listed conflicting security types. "you connected wi-fi network same name nearby wi-fi network different security type".

thoughts on going wrong? other pcs/ipads/apple tv can connect router , work fine.
