Replace GPU on iMac Early 2008?


hello!

have imac 2008 20inch screen-
have question have radeon hd2400xt 128mb , have feeling gpu in dying (light vertical lines)...i have yosemite 10.10.
can replace gpu better or existing 1 (working)?
hard or easy job? can find tutorial?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
