New MBPr13 - Migration Assistant Using Time Machine


hi guys.

have mid 2010 macbook running on latest 10.10.4 beta. have bought new macbook pro running 10.10.3.

when went use setup assistant on new laptop migrate, directly connected them both, wasn't able use setup assistant migrate because older macbook running newer version of software.

however, looks though i'm able use setup assistant time machine backup (even though it's created newer software version).

setup assistant work same way time machine, when laptops directly connected? (i.e still migrate, , not restore?).

there problems using setup assistant migrate time machine backup created on newer version of os x?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
