Using External Hard Drive for Time Machine & Storage?


hi everyone!

i'd know if there's way use external hard drive not time machine storage can opened windows pc?

hard drive right formatted os x extended (journal) believe... when tried open windows, nothing shows up.

i'd know if there's way split hd 2 formats... 1 time machine & other regular file storage..

yes. partition drive using disk utility, making sure 1 want windows formatted fat or (if on 32gb) exfat, , keeping time machine 1 extended (journaled).

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
