Mouse Not working properly


i'm having issues pointer in 10.10.3

have lost mouse overs. mean if i'm in menu bar , click item see drop down move mouse down nothing hi-lights. means if sub menu nested inside of first menu can't select anything.

seams symptom of larger problem.

1. autocad mac 2015 doesn't function properly, mouse doesnt show until click goes away again.

2. can't download pdf's in safari using icon appear if put mouse near middle bottom of window.
 

have tried connecting mouse in order rule out?

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
