Need help removing partition please


so tried using boot camp utility install windows 10. partitioned fine during windows 10 install failed. boot camp utility says can't because doesn't recognize partition now. have 50gb of space sitting there. new disk utility garbage , won't let me format free space can merge os x partition , can't select , hit -, i'm in bind. appreciated.

currently can time machine backup of el capitan, format whole disk, , restore it.

bear in mind, need el capitan installation disk recover time machine backup.

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
