How do I easily transfer all settings to new Mac?

i have late 2013 rmbp, , transfer things 2015 rmbp. have fair amount of "little programs" on there running in background: things text expander, rescue time, dropbox, bartender, 1password. able set printing workplace xerox machine, i'm pretty sure wouldn't able replicate.

what's best way transfer / set these things on new mac? i'm particularly worried printing setup - real pain set up. i've heard of carbon copy cloner. transfer entire hard drive, including programs , settings? other options out there?

thanks!
