NOOB question : How to clean install without losing anything?


so iphone crashes or freezes. went genius bar , able see errors. told wipe , reinstall stuff without restoring backup (they said errors transferred backup , onto new install).

want know how can without losing anything? have many important things on phone , cannot afford lose of it...i'm stressed out this!!

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
