G5 diag led 'errb' still lit after replacing HW


my 2,88ghz 2008 g5 failed pass post, diag leds showed 'errb' lit indicating failed cpu-b. replaced both cpus (quad-cores xeons) , 'errb' still lit !?! replaced logic board , 'errb' led still on !?! pulled battery , put back, hit every possible reset model has.
doesn't seem hw.. else can cause this? plan replace battery next. never gets chime. memory leds good. please email me directly suggestions fix this: urhere@mac.com

[SOLVED] SFOTT usb key not bootable Mavericks
